In June 1997, EPCOM BB came to Air Itam Secondary School. The Boys’ Brigade grew rapidly in the AISS with great support from the principal and teachers in charge. After the formation of less than 4 months, the Drill Squad by EPCOM members from AISS managed to emerge as champion for their school Inter Uniform Unit Drill Competition.

They managed to defend and retain the title in the following year. In 1998, they also    emerged as 1st runner up in their school inter uniform unit Camp Agong. Through these    achievements, it has that proven EPCOM officers and NCOs did put a lot of effort and    commitment to groom the boys to be their best.
